With a Degree in Professional Cooking and a Degree in Economic Sciences (University of Piraeus), she combines culinary expertise with strong organizational skills. Certified in HACCP, sea safety, and firefighting, she ensures high standards of food safety and operations. Since 2014, Vaya has worked as a Sole Chef on various luxury yachts, managing menu planning, provisioning, and preparing high-quality, seasonal cuisine for private and charter guests. She also served as Head Chef at Margiora, a deli and wine bar, leading kitchen operations and creating innovative menus. Fluent in Greek, English, Spanish, and French, Vaya thrives in diverse environments. She is proficient in MS Office, Premiere Pro, and Photoshop, and holds an Open Sea Sailing Diploma and Advanced PADI Diver certification. Her passions include charity work, trekking, traveling, gardening, and ceramics.
