Born in 1993, chef Nicolas graduated from the prestigious Private Cooking University DOMI in Athens in 2012. Since then, he has diligently worked his way up from a chef assistant to positions such as sous chef, chef de partie, and chef de cuisine, honing his skills in various restaurants and hotels throughout Greece. Specializing in Greek and Italian cuisine, Nicolas is known for his meticulous attention to detail and ability to adapt to different nutritional plans. As he embarks on a new chapter in the yachting industry, his hard-working nature, eagerness to learn, openness to challenges, and positive attitude will undoubtedly continue to drive his success. Fluent in both Greek and English, he effortlessly communicates among his guests and crew members alike, as well as navigates easily in diverse culinary environments, making him a valuable asset on board Namaste.

Stew/Deckhand: Sara Fatbardha Xotzai

Sara joins the Namaste crew as a stewardess, bringing experience in luxury hospitality and a strong eye for detail. She is dedicated to maintaining high standards of service and creating a warm, welcoming, and comfortable environment for all guests on board.
