Her passion for cooking and continuous development has allowed her to build a diverse culinary background specializing in Mediterranean, Asian and international cuisine. She joined the yachting industry in 2008 as an onboard chef aboard M/Y Mai Five and has since worked on a variety of private and charter yachts including M/Y Lady P, M/Y Salty, M/Y Atlantis, M/Y Almaz, M/Y Elene and M/Y Mama. In addition to her yachting experience, she also served as Embassy Chef for the Sudan Embassy in Athens, where she was responsible for preparing high-standard international cuisine and catering official events.
