He’s helmed everything from performance sailing yachts to spacious catamarans, including Lagoon, Bali, and Bavaria models—up to 72 feet in length. His delivery experience includes transatlantic and intercontinental routes, making him a trusted choice for even the most demanding passages.
Adam holds a Yachtmaster 500 GT license and is certified in STCW safety protocols, underlining his professionalism and deep respect for maritime standards. With a refined culinary background as a sous chef at esteemed establishments like Chez Bernard and the Ritz-Carlton, Erika creates beautifully presented meals using only the freshest ingredients.
