Iasonas is a passionate and talented culinary professional with a strong background in high-end hospitality, private catering, and yacht service. With experience as both a chef and hospitality professional in Greece and the UK, he brings creativity, versatility, and a guest-focused approach to every onboard dining experience.
Trained in culinary arts with experience in demanding professional kitchens, luxury events, and private yacht catering, Iasonas is confident in creating tailored menus across a wide range of international cuisines while accommodating specific dietary requirements and guest preferences with ease. His calm and efficient approach allows him to thrive in fast-paced, high-pressure environments while consistently delivering exceptional quality and presentation.

Stewardess Elisavet Molina

Elisavet is a warm, experienced, and highly service-oriented hospitality professional with extensive experience in yacht hospitality, guest service, and onboard housekeeping. Having worked across both private and charter yachts in roles including Stewardess, Hostess, and Cook, she brings a versatile and hands-on approach to ensuring guests enjoy a seamless and comfortable onboard experience.
With a strong hospitality background and a natural attention to detail, Elisavet excels in interior maintenance, guest care, table service, and light culinary support, always maintaining high standards of cleanliness, organization, and service. Her previous experience in luxury hospitality and customer-facing roles has shaped her professional yet welcoming approach to guest interaction.

Deckhand- Co Owner Alexandros Katsinis

Alexandros began his maritime career in 2015 as a Deckhand, progressing to the role of Captain / Co-Captain and Onboard Mechanic in 2021, bringing comprehensive hands-on expertise across both sailing and motor yachts.
A certified sailor and two-time National Sailing Champion, Alexandros also proudly represented Greece as a member of the Greek National Sailing Team from 2015 to 2017. His background combines strong technical knowledge, excellent seamanship, and a disciplined approach to vessel operations, safety, and maintenance.
Fluent in both Greek and English, Alexandros is highly experienced in navigation, crew management, and technical troubleshooting, ensuring smooth onboard operations and an exceptional experience for both guests and owners. Calm, confident, and solution-oriented, he is committed to delivering the highest standards of professionalism, safety, and service at sea.
