Josip Eljuga is an experienced boat skipper from Makarska, Croatia, with over eight years of professional experience in yacht charter operations across the Adriatic and Mediterranean. He has worked on sailing yachts and catamarans for leading charter companies, handling navigation, voyage planning, boat transfers, and full care of crew and guests on multi-day charters.
