Breakfast

Notes: Eggs your way are available every day and are to be requested each morning.
Choice of toast is available with each breakfast

1. Warm breakfast spread consisting of eggs your way, bacon, sausages, sautéed mushrooms, blistered cherry tomatoes, seasonal fruit, assorted pastries and toast

2. Smoked salmon eggs benedict topped with avocado, capers and fresh dill served alongside an arugula salad and seasonal fruit

3. Breakfast spread consisting of eggs your way, turkey sausages, bacon, rosemary and cheddar biscuits, sautéed mushrooms, sautéed spinach and seasonal fruit

4. Southern style omletes loaded with peppers, onions, pepper-jack cheese and served alongside crispy bacon, home fries, toast and seasonal fruit

5. Bagel board consisting of assorted bagels, smoked salmon, bacon, boiled eggs, cream cheese spreads, assorted toppings and seasonal fruit

6. Health nut breakfast board consisting of açai cups, granola, yogurt, nuts, mini frittatas, boiled eggs, turkey sausage, smashed avocado, toast and seasonal fruit

7. Pancakes and waffles served alongside a a selection of fruit, nuts, candy toppings, eggs your way and crispy bacon

Lunch

1. Green Goddess Salad: Chopped cucumbers, cabbage and green onion tossed in a vibrant, fresh and creamy dressing and topped with grilled shrimp, radish and dill

2. Fish tacos: Blackened fish of the day served in flour tortillas stuffed with red

   cabbage, red onion and topped with avocado crema and cilantro

3. Build your own Burger: Beef patties, brioche buns, choice of cheese, lettuce,

   onion, tomato, french fries and caesar salad

4. Poke bowls: Marinated Ahi tuna, cucumbers, avocado, mango, edamame,

   green onions, Wakame and sesame seeds served over sushi rice with a

   teriyaki sauce on the side

5. Greek bowls: Pearl Cous Cous salad and shredded romaine topped with grilled chicken, cherry tomatoes, red onion, tzatziki and feta. Served alongside grilled flatbread

6. Salmon Niçoise board: Baked salmon, green beans, baby potatoes, romaine,

   boiled eggs, cherry tomatoes and olives

7. Freshspringrolls:Ricepapersrollsstuffedwithsteamedshrimp,cucumber,

2. Marinated lamb chops with mint and pomegranate chimichurri served over pearl cous cous and served alongside grilled asparagus

3. Assorted sushi rolls: California rolls, salmon avocado, Japanese bagel and spicy tuna served alongside a crunchy edamame and slaw salad

4. Brazillian style flame grilled skirt steak topped topped chimichurri and

   served alongside herb and garlic roasted fingerling potatoes, green beans

   and a butternut, feta and arugula salad

5. Macadamia crusted cod served over balsamic cous cous, asparagus and

   topped with olive tapenade and gremolata

6. Chicken piccata topped with watercress and served alongside angel hair

   pasta and sautéed asparagus

7. BBQ night: Hawaiian pulled pork sliders, teriyaki chicken skewers, hawaiian

    

   coleslaw, corn bread, grilled cinnamon sweet potato wedges and caesar salad

Beverages listed below are what we typically stock for charter but please do not hesitate to inform us of any of your favourite beverages so we can stock them up for you.

Beverages availables

1. Non-alcoholic beverages: still water, sparkling water, La Croix, club soda, coke, coke zero, sprite, sprite zero, ginger beer, lemonade, ice tea, cranberry juice, apple juice, orange juice, pineapple juice, bloody mary mix, grenadine, coconut water, chocolate milk, assorted hot teas and coffee.

2. Alcoholic beverages: Prosecco, sauvignon blanc, rose, cabernet sauvignon, titos vodka, beefeater gin, lunazul blanco tequila, bacardi white rum, malibu coconut rum, captain morgan spiced rums, goslings dark rum, jameson whiskey, buffalo trace bourbon, aperol, kahlua, baileys and triple sec.

1. All dishes can be customised to suit preferences, allergens or dietary restrictions eg. gluten free, low sodium, low carb, sugar free etc

2. Meals time may vary or be adjusted to comply with sailing times, on shore visits, preferred wake up times etc.

3. Assorted popular condiments are always readily available however it is recommended to notify us of your favourite condiments beforehand so we can have them available to you for your trip

4. Kid-friendly options are always available, eg; Chicken tenders, buttered pasta, hot dogs, grilled cheese, quesadillas, fries, plain grilled chicken, fruit cups etc
