Combining extensive sailing expertise with a Diploma in Mechanical Engineering and 15 years of technical project management experience, he offers a unique blend of seamanship, technical knowledge, and leadership. Professional, safety-focused, and personable, Florian is highly experienced in vessel operations, guest management, yacht deliveries, owner instruction, and technical troubleshooting.

Natalia is a highly experienced Private Chef with over 22 years in the culinary industry, creating exceptional dining experiences through refined flavors, creativity, and impeccable presentation. Drawing inspiration from Mediterranean and Latin American cuisine, she delivers tailored menus that cater to guest preferences, dietary requirements, and special occasions. Her yacht experience, combined with her passion for hospitality and attention to detail, ensures consistently outstanding onboard dining experiences.

**STEWARDESS / DECK STEWARDESS – ERYN ESTERHUIZEN**
Eryn is a versatile Stewardess/Deck Stewardess with experience aboard both private and charter yachts. With a background in Tourism & Hospitality Management, she brings strong guest service skills alongside practical deck knowledge. Experienced in housekeeping, laundry, provisioning, cocktail and barista service, as well as docking assistance, washdowns, and watersports operations, Eryn is a reliable and adaptable crew member who consistently delivers high standards while maintaining a positive and professional attitude.
