Captain Mike Wenger
Captain Mike was born in Mt. Vernon, NY but moved to Fort Lauderdale, FL at the age of 4. Mike grew up fishing and diving off Lauderdale, exploring the canals and swamps of western South Florida in the family boat. After attending the University of Florida and working in business operations Mike decided to become a dive instructor and moved to Grand Cayman. Because of his boating experience he was promoted to the resorts dive boat captain. After returning to South Florida, Mike obtained his US Coast Guard captains license in 1994. Capt. Mike has worked on commercial tugs and research vessels up to 265’, sport fish boats, and for the past 12 years mega yachts up to 174’. Capt. Mike currently holds a US Coast Guard 1600/3000 ton Master, Oceans and a Master of Towing license.
Mate Daniel Meibaum
Daniel grew up a native of the North Shore of Massachusetts, adjacent to the ocean. He spent every summer sailing around New England. After spending years as a rock climbing, mountaineering, and sea kayak guide, he moved back to Massachusetts and joined the marine
service industry, building and maintaining boats. In May of 2023, Daniel moved to South Florida to start working on yachts. Since then, he's
worked in Mexico, the Bahamas, Miami, and New England. Drawing from his family's engineering history, his primary focus for yachts is moving to a chief engineer role.
Chief Stewardess Bridget Lalonde
Bridget LaLonde grew up in the historic coastal town of Marblehead, Massachusetts, where generations of her family have made their living from the sea. As a ninth-generation lobsterman’s daughter, the ocean was never far from reach — it was her playground, her classroom, and eventually, her career. By the age of ten, she was already working the traps alongside her father and learning to read the wind and tides while sailing the rocky New England coastline.
That early immersion in maritime life sparked a lifelong connection to the water and a deep respect for its power and unpredictability. At just twenty-one, Bridget took her passion to the next level, joining the yachting industry and stepping into a world that married adventure with professionalism. Over the years, she has sailed across oceans, explored distant ports, and steadily worked her way up the ranks — honing her skills as a mariner and leader while pursuing her ultimate goal of becoming a captain.
Life at sea constantly pushes Bridget to evolve — blending high-end hospitality and guest service with technical expertise, mechanical troubleshooting, and navigation through seas of every kind. It’s a balance of grace and grit that defines her approach to leadership and life onboard.
For Bridget, the ocean has always been more than a workplace — it’s home. It challenges her, grounds her, and reminds her daily of where she comes from and where she’s headed: ever forward, following the horizon.
Stewardess Susan Henderson
Susan began her yachting journey in December 2024, drawn to the ocean’s energy and the adventure that comes with life at sea. Born in San Diego, she’s lived in nine different places—including Australia and a remote island in the middle of the Pacific Ocean—fueling her love for travel, new cultures, and coastal living.
With a background in Materials Science Engineering and minors in Mathematics, Chemistry, and Russian, Susan has a mind for detail and precision—but quickly realized she was never meant to sit still. Yachting offered her the perfect blend of movement, challenge, and connection. She’s at her happiest near the water, bringing her naturally bubbly personality and upbeat energy to add an emanation of joy to every guest's experience onboard.
