With over 30 years of culinary mastery, Yusuf is a highly accomplished Executive Chef specializing in luxury hospitality and the elite yachting sector. Since 1996, he has successfully led kitchen operations aboard private and charter yachts ranging from 34m to 48m, as well as within prestigious high-end hotels, consistently delivering exceptional five-star dining experiences.

Renowned for his expertise in International, Mediterranean, and Turkish fusion cuisine, Yusuf combines creativity, precision, and a deep understanding of refined gastronomy to exceed the expectations of the world’s most discerning clientele. His extensive experience includes operating as a sole chef for up to 10 guests and 12 crew, where he demonstrates outstanding versatility, organization, and calmness under pressure.

Beyond culinary excellence, he possesses strong operational and logistical expertise, including provisioning, budgeting, inventory management, and the implementation of strict HACCP standards. Dedicated, adaptable, and detail-oriented, Yusuf is committed to creating bespoke culinary experiences that reflect the highest standards of luxury service both on land and at sea

Annet is a guest-focused Chief Stewardess with over 5 years of luxury yachting experience, she is known for creating exceptional guest experiences through creativity, warmth, and attention to detail. Experienced on charter and private yachts from 24m to 47m, including running busy interiors single-handedly as a Solo Stewardess. Passionate about designing elegant tablescapes, floral arrangements, and memorable themed events. Professionally trained in floral design, mixology, and barista service, with additional qualifications as a certified massage therapist. As a former HR specialist, Annet brings strong leadership, crew training, communication, and administrative skills. Positive, adaptable, and highly organized, she consistently delivers five-star service while fostering a supportive and professional onboard environment.

Julia Kate, all the way from beautiful South Africa, brings a dynamic and versatile energy onboard. As a dual role, deck/stew she enjoys the best of both worlds and moves smoothly between departments, contributing to a seamless and enjoyable experience onboard. Julia had the privilege of growing up with an incredibly active lifestyle, being apart of and participating in many sports and outdoor activities, with a wake boat of her own, being on the water was not uncommon and water sports such as water skiing and wakeboarding started from an extremely young age. Despite maintaining and enjoying the exterior, she takes an equal amount of enjoyment from what the interior has to offer. Julia aims to deliver a welcoming atmosphere and focuses on the finer details to ensure all guests feel cared for by crew. Holding a WSET Level 2 Award, Julia has a strong appreciation for wines and enjoys enhancing the guest experience through knowledgeable as well as professional service. One of her favourite and unique aspects of her job is how she’s able to experience both interior and exterior, Julia thrives in the variety that comes with working in both departments. Her love for travel, new experiences, holding high standards and being outdoors allowed Julia to fall naturally into this wonderful industry.

He is confident in tender driving and committed to contributing positively to a strong team environment. Known for his professional attitude, strong work ethic, and calm approach in all situations, Buğra is reliable, punctual, and highly adaptable, with the ability to perform effectively under pressure. His experience working with technicians, electricians, and day workers has strengthened his communication, teamwork, and attention to detail. He is focused on supporting smooth operations while helping create a safe, efficient, and enjoyable experience for both guests and crew onboard.
