Her creativity, cultural sensitivity, and precision shine through in every dish she prepares, offering guests a memorable dining experience rooted in genuine hospitality.
Throughout her distinguished career, Efstratia has earned widespread industry recognition, including talent and creativity awards during her studies at the Le Monde Institute, as well as securing 2nd Prize at the Cycladic Gastronomy Festival "Nikolaos Tselementes."
