CAPTAIN - Igor Tošev

Igor is an experienced yacht captain with a strong background in nautical tourism, hospitality, and business management. With over eight years in the yachting industry, he has captained both bareboat and crewed charters, specializing in luxury catamarans up to 70 feet in the Adriatic and Mediterranean seas. His expertise includes route planning, yacht maintenance, safety procedures, and delivering exceptional guest experiences.  He started sailing at the age of 10 in Optimist class. After Optimist came bigger sailing boats and adventures. He sailed with his family on sailing and motor boats around Croatian coastline his whole life. 
Beyond yachting, Igor has over a decade of experience in sales, procurement, and management, bringing strong leadership, organization, and customer service skills to every role he undertakes.

STEWARDESS - ŽANA BRAJKOVIĆ

Žana grew up in Croatia and has always been connected to tourism and hospitality. From a young age, she developed a passion for working with people and creating memorable experiences. Before starting her career in yachting, she built a strong foundation with over 10 years of experience in the tourism industry. It was through her love for the sea and hospitality that Žana transitioned into yachting, where she now has over 5 years of experience as a Stewardess. She is known for her exceptional attention to detail, warm personality, and dedication to providing outstanding guest service. Žana completed three years of studies in Culture and Tourism in Pula and is currently pursuing a degree in International Relations and Diplomacy at Libertas University. Her educational background enhances her communication skills and professionalism when working with international guests.

Her goal is to create a welcoming and elegant atmosphere on board, ensuring every guest feels comfortable and enjoys a seamless, luxury experience.

When I’m not working on yachts, I enjoy spending time in nature, reading books, and staying active through regular training. I am passionate about personal growth and continuous learning, and I enjoy balancing an active lifestyle with time to relax and recharge.

Working on yachts allows me to combine my passion for hospitality with my love for the sea and travel. I truly enjoy taking care of guests and creating a positive, welcoming atmosphere on board. The most rewarding part of my job is being able to anticipate guests’ needs and exceed their expectations, making their journey special and unforgettable.



CHEF - Luka Labrović

For the past 15 years, he has worked as a chef on yachts, bringing his expertise and culinary skills to the
high seas. In his free time, he enjoys hiking and fishing, embracing the outdoors whenever possible.

Luka has always had a deep love for the sea. As soon as he finished school, he set out to work on a
ship, embarking on his journey alone. Having sailed all over the world, he holds a special place in his
heart for his home coast, the Adriatic Sea.

Cooking is a true passion for Luka, and he thrives on the challenge of creating new dishes. He particularly enjoys inventing recipes using fresh fish, especially when he catches it himself, adding a personal
touch to every meal.
