Through active participation in sailing races, he has developed a strong understanding of life on board, teamwork, discipline, and safety at sea. As a certified cook with a particular love for Mediterranean cuisine, he specializes in preparing fresh, healthy, and flavorful dishes. He is confident working in a galley environment, maintaining high standards of cleanliness, organization, and efficiency even under pressure. In addition, Dimitris is a certified diver, fully comfortable in marine environments and attentive to safety procedures. This additional qualification allows him to confidently support and contribute to water-based activities when needed. With many years of experience in service and hospitality, he has developed excellent guest care skills, strong discretion, and the ability to anticipate clients’ needs. Friendly, adaptable, and calm under pressure, he combines a strong work ethic with a positive attitude. His goal is always to create a welcoming, relaxed, and memorable onboard experience for every guest.
