Job description
Ben is responsible for navigation, safety, the overall running and financial management of the vessel, crew, and guests. He always ensures the safe and efficient operation of the yacht, including compliance with all safety procedures and regulations. He takes care of adhering to flag regulations, port state and local laws and regulations, and manages the crew to ensure adherence to, and a full understanding of, the vessel’s policies. He provides daily leadership for the crew and encourages teamwork, individual growth, and personal attention by delegating duties and supervising all crew tasks.

Chef Annick brings both skill and soul to the galley. With a background that combines world-class training and natural talent, she creates meals that are not only delicious but also filled with warmth and joy. Nini studied at the Superyacht Culinary Academy in Cape Town, completed sous-vide certification, and attended advanced pastry workshops in Quebec and Montreal. These experiences honed her technical skills and expanded her repertoire, allowing her to craft menus that are creative, balanced, and customized to guests’ preferences. From delicate pastries to vibrant seafood feasts, every dish is a reflection of her artistry and passion.
Job Description
As the chef, Annik is responsible for the crew and guest meals throughout the charter, ensuring that the food is enjoyable, the interior of the yacht is clean and serviceable, and that all dietary requirements are met. She is a creative cook, striving to provide variety in her meals according to the location of the yacht, so as to be as relevant as possible to the region visited.

A marine biologist, PADI Dive Master, free diver, and certified yoga instructor, she enriches every charter by offering guests meaningful ways to connect with the sea and themselves. She grew up sailing between Quebec, Florida, and the Bahamas, and has spent over 15 years in hospitality, developing a natural gift for making people feel welcome and cared for. Her love of the ocean is contagious: whether she is guiding snorkelers through a coral reef, leading a rejuvenating yoga session on deck, or mixing sunset cocktails.
