Trained at the renowned Hofmann Culinary School in Barcelona, he developed a strong foundation in Mediterranean cuisine and modern cooking techniques. After working in professional kitchens in Spain and across the Mediterranean, Dimitris transitioned into the yachting world, where he has spent several seasons as chef aboard sailing yachts and catamarans. His cuisine focuses on fresh Mediterranean flavors, combining Greek and Italian influences with seasonal ingredients and locally inspired seafood dishes. Fluent in Greek, English, and Spanish, Dimitris creates a warm and welcoming atmosphere for international guests, ensuring every meal becomes a memorable part of the charter experience.
