Grzegorz is a dedicated and professional yacht captain with over a decade of sailing experience. Raised in northern Poland, he began sailing at the age of 10 and quickly developed a strong passion for both life at sea and yacht maintenance. He holds an RYA Yachtmaster Offshore license along with multiple Polish sailing and powerboat captain certifications.

As the captain of XMOTION, Grzegorz brings a wealth of experience from his work across the Caribbean, Mediterranean, and U.S. East Coast aboard Bali, Lagoon, Sunreef, and Azimut yachts. He is known for his calm leadership, technical skills, and guest-focused approach that ensures smooth and safe voyages.

Beyond sailing, Grzegorz enjoys mountain climbing, mechanics, and water sports. Friendly, organized, and always eager to share his passion, he creates a welcoming and professional atmosphere onboard XMOTION.

Captain: Cezary Krzyczkowski

Professional, dedicated and experienced sailor.

Born in 1983, Cezary has been sailing since he was 4 years old. It all started with family holidays, and dinghy racing, which then progressed to him receiving his first sailing tickets at age 11. He lived in United Kingdom for over 15 years where he got his degree in Sport Rehabilitation. He is now qualified PYA Captain along with commercially endorsed RYA Yachtmaster to name few of his professional qualifications. In recent years he crossed the Atlantic Ocean 3 times and explored many paradise islands in the Caribbean seas. He also worked on Royal Caribbean Cruise liners offering 5 stars customer service.

Additionally Cezary is a qualified PADI rescue diver, skydiving instructor with over 1000 jumps, and paragliding pilot. Safety on board is his number one priority, but don’t forget to ask him questions about sailing as his passion for teaching makes him happy to share his knowledge with others.

Chef: Mladen Dragojlović

Chef Mladen Dragojlović is educated, talented and highly motivated yacht chef with positive approach and the ability to work in a busy environment. He is passionate about food, enjoys preparing both modern and traditional dishes using the ingredients strictly from the local markets. Chef Mladen combines effective communication skills with years of professional cooking experience and kitchen management. Born and raised in the north part of Croatian town of Požega, chef Mladen will present the best of the Croatia culinary experience combining the ingredience from all. part of this Mediterranean country.

Top three dishes by chef Mladen are: Sea bass fillet w. sweet puree roasted cherry tomatoes and sauteed asaparagus, Adriatic octopus w.roasted root vegetables in white wine and Mediterranean herbs & drained yoghurt cheesecake w. berries coulis and fresh mint.

Stewardess: Anna Niedzwiedź

Anna is an experienced and energetic stewardess with a background in luxury hospitality and guest service. With a career that spans high-end resorts, private yachts, and customer-focused sales, she brings a polished, professional approach to onboard service and client care.

Her previous experience as a hostess and bartender on charter yachts in Croatia, combined with years in luxury automotive and resort environments, has given her a deep understanding of guest expectations and attention to detail. Anna is known for her warm personality, ability to anticipate guest needs, and commitment to creating a welcoming and elegant atmosphere onboard XMOTION.

She thrives in dynamic environments, easily adapts to new challenges, and takes pride in her organizational and interpersonal skills. Always positive and service-driven, Anna ensures guests enjoy both comfort and exceptional experiences while on board.

Deckhand: Matthew Bos

Matt is the Mate on board and originally hails from South Africa. He grew up in a close-knit, supportive family with a deep love for the ocean and an active lifestyle. From a young age, he was passionate about sports—rugby was his main game growing up, and he’s a devoted football fan, proudly supporting Newcastle United.

Working on the water was a natural path for him. He has always felt at home at sea and has worked hard over the years to build his career and gain experience on various vessels. In his free time, he enjoys water sports such as surfing, wakeboarding, diving, and fishing.

On board, Matt brings a steady hand, a strong work ethic, and a great sense of teamwork. He’s dedicated to ensuring the smooth operation of the vessel and providing a safe, enjoyable experience for everyone on the water.
