Panagiotis is BELLINI's highly accomplished Chief Engineer. A dependable and hands-on Engineer with a strong technical background and a practical, solutions-focused approach. He is experienced in maintaining and troubleshooting modern engine room systems, including propulsion, electrical, and auxiliary equipment, ensuring smooth and efficient yacht operations. He specializes in French cuisine and has extensive experience in Mediterranean, Italian, Greek, and international cuisine, having worked in top restaurants, 5-star hotels, and yacht services. With a strong focus on high-quality ingredients, technique, and the creation of refined culinary experiences, he consistently delivers dishes that combine exceptional taste and presentation. Steward - Anastasios Zagklis
